Pret A Manger in New York City

This is a nice Pret near Times Square. The coffee is good, the staff is relatively nice (for Manhattan) and plenty of seating. The food is okay, nothing special and a little overpriced, but good enough for what it is. There is no restroom for customers here, so that is a minus. But, if you find yourself in the Times Square area and need to sit and relax for a bit, this spot will do.

I got their original Tomato and Feta soup. I have never had a problem, but today about 1/3 hour later, I got very sick. The lid was slightly lifted, but the staff said I would be okay. I love Pret and their food, but please make sure its sanitary.

One of the best places to have a nice coffe in the city! I feel like the coffee and the food is way better than the other companies such as Starbucks,costa n etc. Their selection of wraps and sandwiches is very healthy and good! In general less busy than other coffee branches and better quality of coffee and food! Definetly recommend!

Saw these almost on every corner of the city, so felt like I had to try it. SO glad I did. One staff was so helpful she went and researched which items were vegan for me, loved that service!

Their grab and go sandwiches are good and the bread is always fresh. Decently affordable considering it is in the heart of the city. Staff is okay but not the friendliest (very fast-paced so that's expected I guess). My go-to place for a quick lunch at work.

39st/7ave location, has a lot if daily repeat customers, I'm one of them. Their doing a lot of things right. Especially in the area of efficiency.

I went there to try what they have, i end up waiting 25 minutes for sum small portion of food and there was no line. Yes the food was okey but stil it doesn't worth it.

Bad thing you stopped the self service decaf coffee service off the counter.Back to Starbucks, it is closer to my office.

It's clean, coffee products are good, but the food selection is over priced and underwhelming for the price. Service is quick so it's fine to grab and go but definitely not my go-to place

On the upside, the new version of the falafel sandwich (vegan) is now really good. But it’s Tuesday 5pm, why is the music so loud - and poorly selected? Take it to go to enjoy.

Clean, well stocked with fresh food, healthy sandwiches. Croissants and other baked goods are baked fresh daily. Mornings I stop by and the croissant is still warm. Service is great. Always greeted with a "welcome to pret". App is great!. They send you a receipt by email seconds after you use it. Also the rewards earned are applied to your next visit. Love this place!

By far the best Croissant I've ever had in my life. Warm and soft, gently pulls away as you take a bite. This is the perfect way to start a day in NYC, grab a croissant and walk the city streets, a perfect morning munch while visiting in December, when the chilly wind cuts your skin!

$$ Good fast food. Packaged sandwiches, salads, fritattas, etc. Small portions but freshly made and well-prepared tasty foods. Good customer service. In NYC, they donate food they don't sell to shelters and other non-profit who feed the poor. Environmentally-conscious company.

Barely any veggie/ vegan options compared to london. Cheese in literally everything. Also wasn’t allowed to refill my water bottle up with tap water which is weird 🤷🏼‍♀️
